Mr. Tian wenchang Participated in the Sino-US Seminar on Justice and Human Rights

Mr. Tian wenchang was invited to participate in the 4th Sino-US Seminar on Justice and Human Rights on December 3rd and 4th, as the representative of King and Capital Law Firm and lawyers of China.
At this Seminar, held in Haikou, Hainan province, with the theme of “Strengthening the Rule of Law,      Protecting Human Rights”, the topics of Government Affairs Publication, Duty of Lawyers, Duty of Judges and Restrictions on the Department of Law Enforcement were specifically discussed.
The Sino-US Seminar on Justice and Human Rights is held by the China Foundation for Human Rights Development, the China Society for Human Rights Studies and the National Committee on United   States-China Relations and has been held in Nantong, Xiamen and New York in 2009, 2010 and 2011 respectively.
