According to the resolution of the “China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT)/China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC)’s first round of its 8th meeting held on January 16, 2013, Mr. Xiao Shuwei, Partner of King and Capital, is re-engaged as mediator of the CCPIT/CCOIC Mediation Center, with a term of service of four years.
The CCPIT/CCOIC and its Sub-Centers are mediation organizations dedicated to resolving domestic and international commercial and maritime disputes by independent and just mediation.
