At the beginning of this year, Ms. Qin Qing-fang, Partner of King and Capital, along with her team, provided Beijing Tianjie Real Estate Co. Ltd. with legal services for its issuance of medium term notes within the inter-bank bond market of China.
According to the agreement between King and Capital and Beijing Tianjie Real Estate Co. Ltd, King and Capital is to provide a full range of legal services relevant to this finance project.
