Mr. Abdallah Alaoui and Mr. Adil Zeluo, Chinese Affairs Officer of Moroccan External Commerce Bank visited King & Capital

 

On the afternoon of August 15^th, Moroccan External Commerce Bank’s Chinese Affairs Officer Mr. Abdallah Alaoui and Mr. Adil Zeluo and Mr. Gao Wei, the Deputy General Secretary of China and Africa Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry, came to King&Capital to hold an investigation discussion .The discussion is on making preparations for the first Entrepreneur Conference between China and Morocco. King&Capital’s Honorary Director Mr. Tian Wenchang, Managing Partner Miss Wang Qingyun and partners of African Legal Affairs Center participated in the meeting.

During the meeting, Ms. Catherine Guo, a Partner at King & Capital briefly introduced King&Capital and African Legal Affairs Center. Mr. Tian Wenchang especially emphasized the significance of King&Capital’s comprehensive development and the development of legal services in Africa. Mr. Abdallah Alaoui introduced the overview of Moroccan External Commerce Bank and the current situation and problems in developing business in China. Mr. Han Liang, a Partner at King & Capital introduced the business situation and advantages of our financial legal services. Mr. Gao Wei introduced the preparation situation of the first Entrepreneur Conference between China and Morocco, and expressed his intention of further cooperation with King&Capital during the Entrepreneur Conference between China and Morocco.

 

The first Entrepreneur Conference between China and Morocco is approved by the governments of China and Morocco. It is proposed to be held on November 23th 2013, in Rabat, the capital of Morocco. This Conference will be jointly hosted by t Commercial Counselor’s Office of Chinese Embassy to Morocco, China and Africa Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Moroccan External Commerce Bank, and King&Capital shall be the assistant organizer.

 

Moroccan External Commerce Bank is the biggest commercial bank in Morocco. It is an intercontinental bank with 21 branches and holding companies over African. Moroccan External Commerce Bank is one of the earliest African financial institutions that started business in China and it has office in Beijing.

 

It was mutually agreed in the meeting that Morocco is the hub of connecting the markets of Europe, Mideast and Africa with steady political situation and developed economy and there is a great potential of commercial cooperation between China and Morocco. The first Entrepreneur Conference between China and Morocco will be the milestone for the economy and trade development between China and Morocco. People from fields of China and Morocco are looking forward to the opportunities and achievements provided by this Conference.
