On September 6, 2017, Cary Environmental Protection held the 4th interim general meeting of shareholders of 2017. During the meeting, Mr. Li Jieli, a senior partner of King & Capital, was elected to be Independent Director by cumulative voting, with the term of office from the date of the resolution approved till the expiry of the term of the third session of the Board. Due to the resignation of Ms. Xu Zhihui, former Independent Director, the Company elected Mr. Li Jieli as Independent Director of the Company pursuant to the Company Law of PRC and the Articles of Association of the Company, said Cary Environmental Protection.
