King & Capital (Shenzhen Office) has received the "Winning Bid Notice" from China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) to serve as CNNC's outside legal counsel.  CNNC chose King & Capital from among the many competitive bids placed by leading law firms in China.  King & Capital will join a pool of approved legal counsel to handle CNNC's legal matters requiring outside counsel.  Mr. Hou Zhichun, the director of King & Capital's Shenzhen Office, organized and prepared this bid.

CNNC is a state-owned company with over 200 enterprises, institutions, and research institutes. It leads China's nuclear science and technology industry in the development of nuclear technology, application, and nuclear power construction.

CNNC operates several lines of business. It conducts scientific research and development, designs and constructs nuclear power plants and produces nuclear energy. It also imports and exports nuclear products, including power, nuclear fuel cycle, nuclear technology applications, and performs nuclear environmental protection engineering services. 

Selected by CNNC as outside legal counsel is an accomplishment made possible by Hou Zhichun, the Director of King & Capital's Shenzhen Office.  This selection adds on to their legal expertise, especially in the field of construction engineering.  The team has provided its professional legal services to dozens of domestic large and medium-sized commercial real estate construction and engineering enterprises.
