Mr. Chen Changhui holds master's degrees in engineering and law respectively, and is qualified as a lawyer, patent agent and trademark agent. Lawyer Chen has accumulated rich experience in contract law, environmental protection law, intellectual property law, advertising law, consumer rights protection law, anti-unfair competition law, standardization law, company law, criminal law and so on. He has rich experience in non-litigation business such as intellectual property rights, contract drafting, commercial negotiation, administrative appeal, administrative litigation, tort litigation, intellectual property litigation and common civil litigation，rich litigation experience in the Supreme Court, the courts in Beijing, Shandong, Zhejiang, Jilin, Hunan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu and so on, and rich experience in foreign-related legal services and legal consultants of foreign-funded enterprises for many years. Mr. Chen has served many well-known international companies in Europe, America and Japan.
Lawyer Chen joined King & Capital Law Firm as a partner in 2018. Before joining King & Capital, Lawyer Chen worked as a legal consultant in China Petrochemical Corporation, then as a partner in a well-known intellectual property law firm in China, and then as consultant in King & Wood Law Firm. Mr. Chen visited a large comprehensive law firm in the United States for studying American laws for three months.
Lawyer Chen received a master's degree in engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology and a master's degree in law from the Law School of Renmin University of China. Lawyer Chen has been a member of the ACPAA Invention Patent Committee and is currently a member of the Medical Intellectual Property Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association and a member of Patent Law Committee of Beijing Bar Association. Lawyer Chen has been invited by National institutions, central SOEs and multinational corporations to make presentations on contract law, intellectual property law, anti-unfair competition law and other related legal issues.
