Mr. Zhou has many years of legal, financial, and business experience in China and the United States. He has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the China University of Political Science and Law, a top 3 law school in China, a Master of Laws degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, and an MBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis, one of the best universities in the United States.

Mr. Zhou has many years of working experience in the United States. Mr. Zhou worked in Irving, Texas for the President and CFO Cash Nickerson of PDS Tech, Inc., a leading recruiting firm with over 5,000 people on its payroll, as a Director of Business Analysis and Compliance, conducting financial and legal review, drafting and reviewing business contracts, and joining or leading financial and legal due diligence efforts for the company's potential acquisitions. After PDS Tech, Inc., Mr. Zhou worked at Neenah, Wisconsin for the VP Operations of Bemis Company, Inc., a 2012 Fortune 500 company, as a Director of Business Development, helping Bemis Company to establish ventures in China and leading the company's acquisition efforts in China.

Mr. Zhou is interested in international legal practice with a focus on international EPC project, M&A, joint venture, trade & investment, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, and international financing.
