Mr. Han Liang got his Bachelor degree of law from China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) in 1989, and got his Master degree of management from Tianjin University in 1999. He then focused on the study of financial asset pricing under the instruction of Professor Zhang Wei, and after he got his Doctor degree in management, he studied civil and commercial law for his post-doctoral degree under the instruction of Mr. Jiang Ping in CUPL.

Mr. Han Liang was awarded as the “Tianjin Top 10 Young and Middle-aged Lawyers” in 2004. He wrote 8 juristic books and published more than 30 academic dissertations. He presided over one national fund on natural science, and dozens of provisional, municipal and regional projects. The book, Legal Problems in the Securitization of Financial Non-performing Assets, which is written by Mr. Han Liang, was awarded the second prize in the essay completion hosted by China Law Society. His articles also won several prizes in different essay competitions.

Mr. Han Liang specializes in banking, financial innovation, structured products design and security and investment fund. He provided comprehensive legal services as the financial innovation counsel of Tianjin government on the capital market establishment and financial innovation reform.
