• It mainly involves pawn, financial leasing, commercial factoring, local asset management, small loan companies, financing guarantees, P2P online lending, crowdfunding, exchanges, third-party payment, blockchain, Internet finance, private equity, digital currency and administrative disposal and risk management related to illegal fund-raising. He has conducted due diligence review for a total of 150 P2P companies for online lending, 70 crowdfunding companies, 20 exchanges, 70+ crowdfunding companies, 40+ pawn companies, 30+ financial leasing companies, 10+ companies for financing guarantees; and played a role in the compliance review of 70 private equity funds for their entry into the Asset Management Association of China. With a deep understanding of business operating status and risks, he knows well laws and regulations in the fields related to the above-mentioned reviews, as well as the operating modes and compliance risks of pawn companies. He accordingly conducts business risk analysis, writes reports for different categories, assists the government in cracking down illegal fundraising and in handling high-risk legal affairs and petitioning affairs. Several lawyers work at the Office of the Financial Bureau to combat illegal fund-raising and help handle high-risk legal affairs and petitioning affairs.
