Lawyer Meng Bing entered practice in 1994, before joining King & Capital in 1998. Over an 18-year career, he has handled a large amount of litigation and non-litigation business. Besides serving as legal consultant to various companies and institutions such as China Everbright Bank, CITIC Bank, China Life Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong APMG Group Ltd, Meng Bing has assisted these enterprises in handling legal issues ranging from routine business audits, the transfer or obtaining of land-use rights, equity assignment, asset M &A, market promotion and dispute resolution. Lawyer Meng Bing is currently senior partner at King & Capital, having previously served as deputy general manager at a Sino-foreign joint venture real estate company.
