Mr. Yang Damin, a senior partner of King & Capital Law Firm, born in the former Baiyin Kulun Military Stud of the General Logistics Department of the PLA in Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia, moved along with his parents to Zhangjiakou, a mountain city beyond the Great Wall in 1985, read law at China University of Political Science and Law since 1993 and made it a profession to practice law since 1998. He is now director of the Case Law Research Association of China Law Society, director of China Against Corruption Law Association, master’s degree practice tutor of Northwest University of Politics and Law, one of the Top Ten Elite Lawyers in China of 2012 by Fangyuan magazine of the Supreme Court.
Over 20 years of practice, he has handled a large number of influential cases in the criminal and civil & commercial fields, accumulated rich legal practice experience and developed his own unique and meticulous legal thinking model as well as comprehensive skills to solve specific problems for clients.Mr. Yang, whose professionalism, dedication and competence are recognized and trusted by his clients and friends, has been retained as legal counsel to the Actors Committee, chaired by Mr. Tang Guoqiang, of the China Radio and Television Association, to Liaoning Folk Art Troupe Ltd.
