Lawyer Xiao Shuwei graduated from the Economic Law Department of China University of Political Science and Law in 1987, with a major in International Economic Law. He started practicing as a lawyer in 1989 and was selected by the All China Lawyers Association to work in a Hong Kong law firm in 1998.
