Recently, the People's Mediation Committee for Intellectual Property Disputes of China Trademark Association released the list of the second batch of part-time mediators, and Huang Yajun, senior partner of Kyoto Law Firm, and Yu Yamin, partner of Kyoto Law Firm, were appointed as mediators of the People's Mediation Committee for Intellectual Property Disputes of China Trademark Association.

The People's Mediation Committee for Intellectual Property Disputes of China Trademark Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Mediation Committee") was established in November 2019, which is highly representative and influential in the field of trademark mediation, and is committed to the construction of a diversified mechanism for the settlement of intellectual property disputes by guiding the parties to disputes to reach a mediation agreement through the mediation of intellectual property disputes and resolving the disputes in time. The mediator of the mediation committee is composed of well-known experts. The mediators of the Mediation Committee are composed of well-known experts and scholars, former senior judges, former officials of administrative organs, senior intellectual property lawyers and staff members of the Association.2021 In April 2021, a dispute over damages mediated by the Central Mediation Office of the Mediation Committee in Fengtai District was selected as a typical case of the Beijing Intellectual Property Protection Center.2021 In the second half of the year, the Mediation Committee, in response to the demand of the Beijing Intellectual Property Court for the pilot implementation of pre-litigation mediation of administrative litigation, launched the Mediation Committee for the members of the Association. In the second half of 2021, in response to the demand of the Beijing Intellectual Property Court to pilot the pre-litigation mediation of administrative litigation cases, the Mediation Committee conducted the recruitment and selection of the second batch of part-time mediators for the members of the Association and reported to the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice for record. After the arrival of this batch of mediators, the Committee has basically completed the multi-level and gradient mediator team reserve, and has the ability to provide mediation and related services in an all-round way.
