At the symposium, Xiao Shuwei, Secretary of the General Party Branch of King&Capital Law Firm, firstly welcomed the leaders of the Organization Department of the Chaoyang District Committee and the Party Committee of the District Lawyers' Association, and then Xiao briefly introduced the history of the development of the Party building of King&Capital Law Firm, as well as Kyoto people's adherence to the culture of the firm that party building leads to the building of the firm, and promoting the development of the firm by the party building. Secretary Xiao said that the lawyer team is an important force for building a socialist rule of law country, we should recognize the importance of strengthening the party building work of the lawyer team from the political standpoint, and take the party building as the political leadership, firmly grasp the political direction, to ensure that the construction of a politically firm, business superb high-quality lawyer team.

Afterwards, Mr. Xiao led the leaders to visit the Party building wall of King&Capital Law Firm and introduced the Party building work mode of King&Capital Law Firm.
