The results of the research were transformed into a proposal.

As a partisan proposal submitted by the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Democratic Revolution at the Fifth Session of the 13th CPPCC Municipal Committee, the proposal focuses on the use of the source governance mechanism to resolve small financial lawsuits and enhance the efficiency of judicial trial, and puts forward the establishment of a cross-domain collaborative mechanism for auxiliary services in financial dispute cases, the realization of one-stop dispute resolution, the development of mediation positions dedicated to mediation, and the rationalization of the articulation of litigation and mediation docking and other proposals. Subsequently, the proposal was identified as a key supervisory proposal of the city leaders this year.
