Invited by China Enterprise Evaluation Association (CEEA), King&Capital attorney Shouwei Xiao attended the China International Trade & Services Fair (CITS) High Level Forum on Internationalization and Compliance for Chinese Enterprises on September 5, 2022.

China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) is the world's largest comprehensive exhibition in the field of trade in services, co-organized by the Ministry of Commerce of China and the Beijing Municipal People's Government. For two consecutive years, President Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the event. This forum focuses on the urgency, focus and difficulties of compliance building in the internationalization development of enterprises, and invites relevant leaders, experts, scholars and entrepreneurs to share their views, exchange experiences and respond to concerns. Mr. Xiao Shuwei exchanged experiences and experiences of compliance business with the delegates and introduced the compliance business of our firm, which achieved good results.

Mr. Xiao Shuwei is the deputy head of the special working group on corporate compliance legal service of All China Lawyers Association. He has rich experience in corporate compliance legal business, and has provided comprehensive systematic and special compliance legal services for Qin Port Company Limited, Hebei Port Group and China Coal Science and Industry Group.
