China Trust Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Association") held the 22nd Meeting of the 1st Professional Committee on Industry Development and Research and the Review Meeting of 2022 Trust Industry Thematic Research Topics Report on November 22, and the Association selected the top 10 topics based on their scores for inclusion in the 2022 Trust Industry Thematic Research Report. The top 10 topics were selected by the Association based on their scores and compiled into the "2022 Trust Industry Topical Research Report". King&Capital's research topic "Research on the Revised Content of Trust Law" scored top marks and was included in the "2022 Trust Industry Thematic Research Report" of China Trust Industry Association.

The meeting was presided over by Yao Jiangtao, President of the Association, Director of the Industry Development Research Professional Committee and Chairman of AVIC Trust, and attended by Lachenqiuming, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Association and Full-time Vice-President (Executive), and attended by members of the Association's Industry Development Research Professional Committee as well as the 12 thematic research lead units with a total of about 40 participants.
After nearly a year, the lead units of the 12 thematic research topics were respectively on the trust industry to help the common wealth, service to the real economy, the revision of the trust law, the transformation and development of the trust industry under the background of the new business classification, the green trust under the background of the "double carbon" strategy, the data governance of the trust industry, the prevention and control of integrity risks, the trust participation in corporate bankruptcy and reorganization, Trust company credit rating system construction, specie trust and other trust frontier or hot issues to carry out research.
In the next step, the subject groups will revise and improve the subject reports according to the evaluation opinions of the Industry Development Research Professional Committee, and the Association will compile 10 subject reports, print them into a booklet and share them with relevant parties.
In 2023, the research work on topics of the trust industry will deeply study, publicize and implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era as the guide, give full play to the role of the Professional Committee for Industry Development and Research, integrate R&D strengths from both inside and outside the industry, and continuously improve the industry's R&D capability and level, so as to provide powerful theoretical support for the high-quality transformation and development of the industry.
