On April 18, 2023, Mr. Jin Yi, the partner-in-charge of King&Capital Law Firm's Antitrust Department, was invited to conduct a special training on "The Latest Revision of Antitrust Law and Antitrust Compliance of Oil and Gas Enterprises" for the "Training Course for Improving the Quality of Enterprise Management Business" of PetroChina's North China Oilfield Company (NCCOC). The training was held in the mode of offline meeting, and more than 70 people attended the training, including the leaders in charge of enterprise management business of each unit of North China Oilfield Company, the heads of enterprise management and regulation departments, and the business backbones.

During the three-hour training program, Mr. Jin Yi firstly introduced the latest progress of the revision of the Anti-Monopoly Law and its supporting regulations, and analyzed the key points of the revision that may involve the operation of enterprises. Subsequently, Mr. Jin Yi made legal analysis on monopoly agreement, abuse of dominant market position, declaration of concentration of operators, administrative monopoly, and the consequences of refusing or obstructing law enforcement in the light of ten typical cases in the oil and gas industry. Finally, Mr. Jin Yi put forward legal suggestions to prevent antitrust-related legal risks in light of the industry background. The training seminar was recognized and praised by the organizer and the participants.
