Recently, the book "Compliance Management System Requirements and Guidelines for Use of the Standard Interpretation and Application" written by experts of the Theory and Strategy Institute of China National Institute of Standardization and the drafting group of the national standard GB/T 35770-2022 "Compliance Management System Requirements and Guidelines for Use of the Standard" was formally published. Among them, Mr. Zhang Libin, senior partner of King&Capital Law Firm, undertook the writing of the third, sixth and tenth chapters of the book.
