Subsequently, Mr. Jin Yi made legal analysis on monopoly agreement, abuse of dominant market position, declaration of concentration of operators, administrative monopoly, and consequences of refusal and obstruction of law enforcement in the light of ten typical cases in the oil and gas industry. Finally, Mr. Jin Yi put forward legal suggestions to prevent antitrust-related legal risks in light of the background of the energy industry, helping participants to further enhance their legal literacy and risk prevention awareness.
