Recently, sponsored by the Ministry of Justice, Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law and the University of International Business and Economics hosted the "Advanced Training Course for Foreign Lawyers", which was successfully held in Beijing. The 300 trainees of this seminar are foreign lawyers with excellent quality, good foreign language skills and certain experience in foreign-related practice selected by the Ministry of Justice from all over the country.

This seminar is an important initiative of the Ministry of Justice to implement Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law and to strengthen the cultivation of high-quality and practical foreign lawyer talents. The CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, attaches great importance to the rule of law in a comprehensive manner, and has repeatedly emphasized the need to comprehensively promote the rule of law at home and the rule of law in relation to foreign countries, accelerate the strategic layout of the rule of law in relation to foreign countries, and better safeguard the country's sovereignty, security, and development interests. Lawyers are an important force in the comprehensive rule of law, and the integrated promotion of the domestic rule of law and foreign-related rule of law, and the promotion of the country's high level of opening up to the outside world need to accelerate the cultivation of a high-quality foreign-related lawyers.
During the training period, Mr. Wang Xinlong actively participated in the course interaction and sharing, shared foreign-related business cases and exchanged practice experience with legal practitioners, which was unanimously recognized by teachers and students of the university as well as other lawyer trainees.
The Ministry of Justice has carefully formulated the training program, focusing on the legal and judicial systems of key countries and arranging training courses on major foreign-related rule of law topics such as international investment and foreign-related intellectual property rights. The training content highlights the combination of theory and practice, and takes the combination of key courses, lectures and seminars, practical training and visits to legal institutions, and strives to improve the practical level of the trainees.
300 foreign lawyers in 3 months, completed 132 times course, a total of 528 hours. China University of Political Science and Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Renmin University of China, University of International Business and Economics, Diplomatic Academy and other universities and research institutes, 40 times the course of experts; from the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Beijing Financial Court, the Beijing Arbitration Commission, the Hong Kong Arbitration Commission and other substantive departments of the experts for in-depth exchanges and learning; visited the China Railway Construction Group, the State Grid, byte jumping, and other large-scale enterprises, with the The training also included visits to large enterprises such as China Railway Construction Group, State Grid, and ByteDance, and in-depth exchanges with senior management and legal departments of the enterprises; exchanges of experience in foreign-related business with a number of outstanding firms; on-site simulation exercises on foreign-related arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission; and practical training in international law moot court, U.S. courtroom simulation, foreign-related arbitration simulation, foreign-related contract review, and legal search in English. Through this training, a solid foundation was laid for Chinese foreign lawyers to engage in foreign-related legal services in the future and better serve the construction of foreign-related rule of law and the opening up of the country to the outside world at a high level.
