On January 6, the "2023-2024 Legal Service Innovation Products Forum" and the First Legal Service Innovation Products Case Conference, sponsored by the Lawyers' Studies Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law, were held at the Haidian Campus of China University of Political Science and Law. On October 20, 2023, sponsored by China University of Political Science and Law Lawyers Research Center and supported by Legal Daily as media, the "First Legal Service Innovation Product Case Collection and Publicity Activity" was launched. During the collection of product cases, the organizing committee collected more than 600 product cases declared by law firms, public lawyer organizations, lawyer teams, individual lawyers, legal technology companies and other legal service support platforms from 21 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Hebei. After the preliminary examination, review, expert evaluation and other links, finally selected 160 excellent cases.
It is reported that the award-winning cases include 2 special honor cases, 97 selected cases and 61 nominated cases, covering civil, commercial and compliance, finance, government rule of law, criminal, intellectual property, information network and technology, public welfare, lawyers and law firms empowerment and comprehensive a total of 10 categories.
Up to now, the King&Capital Criminal Defense Practical Training Seminar has been held five times, and more than 150 criminal defense lawyers from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hebei, Henan, Yunnan, Fujian, Shandong, Shenyang and other places in China have participated in the in-depth practical training taught by Mr. Tian Wenchang as the general counsel.
