In recent years, China's logistics enterprises have accelerated “going out” and “bringing in”, increased resource allocation and layout optimization, and effectively utilized both domestic and international markets and resources. Against this background, China's logistics industry has developed rapidly, becoming one of the hottest and most active industries in recent years. 2022, China's circulation industry added value of 18.2 trillion yuan, accounting for 15.0% of GDP, the added value accounted for second only to the manufacturing industry, is the leading and basic industry of the national economy.


In order to strengthen the cooperation between logistics industry and legal service, at the invitation of Logistics Safety and Law Professional Committee of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP), Liu Guiming, Executive Director of Editorial Committee of Rule of Law Times of China Democratic Legal System Publishing House, Editor-in-Chief of Law Xuan Online, and President of Guiqi College, led managers and professional lawyers of Chinese law firms to visit China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP) on the afternoon of January 12, 2024, and discuss legal issues of logistics industry together. ) on the afternoon of January 12, 2024, to discuss the cooperation of legal services in the logistics industry.

President He Liming introduced the background of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP) and expressed his confidence in the establishment of the Logistics Industry Legal Service Center, which will work together to innovate the integration and docking between the logistics industry and the legal industry, and provide truly efficient and useful legal services for the logistics industry and logistics workers.

Mr. He Hui, Chief Economist, also expressed great support for the cooperation between the two parties. The legal problems of the logistics industry are trivial and complex, and the rights defense problems need to be solved urgently. It is hoped that the legal services provided by the lawyers will provide strong protection for the development of the logistics industry.

Through her written speech, Director Liang Yali alerted enterprises and personnel in the logistics industry to four aspects of criminal legal risks, namely the risk of crimes against property, the risk of crimes related to sending and transporting prohibited goods, the risk of data protection and the risk of internal management of enterprises. Mr. Liang said, combined with the enterprise compliance policy and the trend of law revision, it can be foreseen that the logistics industry in the future urgently needs specialized and professional legal services, and it is of practical significance for the Logistics Safety Committee to actively facilitate the docking between the logistics industry and legal services. It is expected that China Logistics Industry Legal Service Center can become a bridge between logistics enterprises and legal services, and as a senior legal service worker, he also expects to contribute to the logistics industry to create a rule of law business environment and improve the modernization of governance capacity.
