On September 12, 2024, the 2024 China Fashion Intellectual Property Rights Conference was held in Beijing, which was jointly sponsored by China Trademark Association, China Fashion Designers Association and China Fashion Association, and organized by China Fashion Intellectual Property Rights Protection Center. At the conference, China Trademark Association and China Fashion Designers Association jointly released the “2024 Annual Report on Fashion Intellectual Property Protection”, in which the “Young Designers' Rights Protection Assistance Program” upgraded the legal services based on the needs of designers again.
