On April 6, 2023, Weng Xiaoping, senior partner of King&Capital Law Firm, Li Jingyu, partner of King&Capital Law Firm, Yang Haiming, partner of King&Capital Law Firm, and Wu Yuxin were invited to participate in the first round of the 11th King&Capital Cup Criminal Mock Trial Competition, which is sponsored by King&Capital Law Firm and hosted by the Student Union of School of Criminal Justice of the University of Political Science and Law of China, as a jury. The first round of the “Kyoto Cup” Criminal Mock Trial Competition.

On the court, the students of the University of Law played the role of prosecutor and defender showed the new generation of lawyers' youthful spirit and professionalism, and the collegial court composed of lawyers from King&Capital Law Firm and prosecutors from Changping District People's Procuratorate highly simulated the actual appearance of court hearings. After the trial, the prosecutors and lawyers, based on their own experiences, evaluated and guided the students from the aspects of paperwork standardization, trial strategy, courtroom performance, etiquette standardization, and business ability, and gave practical suggestions.

After the competition, several prosecutors and lawyers, answered the students' questions on career choice and employment, and took a group photo together.
