On May 21, 2024, Mr. Zhang Sijia, Deputy Director of King&Capital Food and Drug Law Research Center, was invited to give a lecture at Beijing Xicheng District Emergency Management Bureau, sharing and discussing with the relevant personnel of Xicheng District Emergency Management Bureau on the topic of criminal legislation and judicial determination of crimes endangering production safety, using the crime of dangerous operation as an example.
The content of this sharing is divided into two parts: “Evolution of Criminal Legislation on Crimes Against Production Safety and its Characteristics in China in Recent Years” and “Analysis of Judicial Determination of Dangerous Work Crimes”.
