From May 24th to 26th, the seventh session of the King&Capital Criminal Defense Practical Training Workshop was successfully held in Beijing, and the course centered on the two major topics of “Reception” and “Meeting”. During the three-day course, students from Xinjiang, Liaoning, Guizhou and other places, together with the consultant group and lecturer group of the Criminal Defense Practical Training Course, explained examples, disassembled simulations, and discussed and reviewed the concepts and significance of reception of the client, core principles and urgent points, concepts related to the right to meet with the person concerned, the purpose, tasks and dilemmas of meeting with the person, and the response to the common problems in meeting with the person as well as the core points of the refining, and so on.

This seminar is the first session of the second round of King&Capital Criminal Defense Seminar. The consultant team and the lecturer team combined the practical experience in the first round of lectures, and upgraded and adjusted the design of the second round of courses in a targeted manner, focusing on enhancing the experience of the students' growth in the real world.

Starting from a case, Ms. Xu Ying pointed out the important role of file reading in the defense of a specific case, and the important influence of the skills of file reading on the discovery of evidence problems and the formation of defense ideas. She said, in the next issue of the marking topic, we will sort out the concept of marking, sharing, exchange of marking methods, skills, discussing the difficulties in the marking, analyzing the risk of marking, I hope that in the marking topic, everyone can find the most suitable for their own marking method.
