On the afternoon of May 29, 2024, Mr. Lv Zhixuan, senior partner of King&Capital Law Firm, head of the government business department of King&Capital Law Firm, and head of the Research Center for Financial Technology and Data Security, was invited by the Beijing Municipal Financial Leasing Association to conduct a special training seminar on the topic of “How to Focus on the New Productivity of the Financial Leasing Enterprises and Promote High-Quality Development” in the multi-functional hall of Mundo Wine Shop in Fengtai District. How to Focus on New Quality Productivity, Conduct Compliance Management and Promote High-Quality Development” for member enterprises of the Financial Leasing Association. Nearly 40 enterprises and more than 100 practitioners in the financial leasing industry participated in this training.
During the three-hour training seminar, Mr. Lv Zhixuan firstly introduced the development status quo of the national financial leasing industry and the latest legislation in the field of financial leasing, and formally opened the training with the theme of how the new quality productivity empowers the financial leasing industry. Mr. Lv Zhixuan explained in detail the various legal risks in the field of financial leasing and how to do a good job in compliance management and risk prevention to promote the high-quality development of financial leasing enterprises by studying the legislation and policies, analyzing the classic cases and sharing the experience of on-site inspection in an in-depth and simple way.
Lawyer Lv Zhixuan emphasized that financial leasing companies and related business personnel should keep abreast of changes in national policies and laws, be familiar with the business rules of this industry, and know how to effectively avoid non-compliance legal risks when conducting business.
