On July 4, 2024, invited by Weihai Federation of Enterprises and Entrepreneurs and Weihai Dishang Talent Development Foundation, Mr. Li Zhiguang and Mr. Zhang Luyue, attorneys, went to the president of Dishang Group Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Dishang Group”) to conduct a special training on the “Practical Application of Corporate Compliance”. At the end of the training, in order to enable enterprises to deeply understand the importance of compliance and effectively build a compliance management system, Mr. Li used the Siemens commercial bribery case as an example to explain in detail the key elements of building a compliance management system for an enterprise, and offered professional compliance management suggestions to enterprises.

After the training, Mr. Li Zhiguang and Mr. Zhang Luyue were honored to be invited to hold a private closed-door meeting with the senior management of Dishang Group. During this exclusive exchange session, the executives raised key questions about legal convictions, unavoidable challenges in practice, etc. The two attorneys integrated their practical experience and provided meticulous answers and guidance, laying a solid legal foundation for the company to carry out its business in the domestic market in a compliant manner in the future.
