Successfully Selected as the Lawyer Pool of Beijing Capital Financing Guarantee Co.

Recently, King&Capital has been selected as one of the lawyers of Beijing Capital Financing Guarantee Co. The project was led by Qin Qingfang, senior partner of King&Capital, with the participation of Wu Xinrong, Fan Yinghui, An Jing and other professional lawyers.

As the earliest governmental financial guarantee institution established in Beijing and strongly supported by the Beijing municipal governments, CCTC Rongdan is the main channel of financing guarantee for small, medium and micro-enterprises in Beijing, and has been awarded AAA rating in the credit market and AA+ rating in the capital market, as well as the awards of National Most Competitive Financing Guarantee Company and National Most Leadership Guarantee Institution, among others.

Qin Qingfang's team of lawyers has nearly 20 years of legal service experience in the field of legal services for banks and non-bank financial institutions, and is familiar with financial guarantees, letters of guarantee, intellectual property management, corporate compliance, personal information and data security, bankruptcy and reorganisation, and other legal services. On 27th December 2024, Agricultural Bank of China Beijing Branch (hereinafter referred to as ‘Agricultural Bank of China Beijing Branch’) issued the ‘Announcement of the Tender Results of the Lawyer Pool Shortlisting Project of Agricultural Bank of China Limited Beijing Branch for the Year of 2024’, and King&Capital was successfully selected as the winner.
