In order to strengthen the cooperation and exchanges between lawyers in the East, Central and West China, on 30th December, Dawa Tsashi, Director and Party Secretary of Tibet Everest Law Firm, and Lobsang Bantan, Deputy Secretary of Party Secretary, visited King&Capital Law Firm. King&Capital Law Firm Director Zhu Yonghui, Party Secretary Xiao Shuwei, Managing Partner, CEO Chu Changzhi warmly received the Tibetan lawyers colleagues.
During the discussion, the two sides carried out in-depth exchanges and discussions on the current situation, development trend and cooperation direction of the lawyers' profession in the two places.
On behalf of the firm, Director Chu Yonghui expressed his sincere welcome to the two friendly lawyers colleagues who had travelled a long way to visit King&Capital, and said that King&Capital is willing to give full play to its own advantages, strengthen the business synergy, talent cultivation, and brand building of both sides, and invite more colleagues from Zhumangma Law Firm to visit Kyoto Law Firm. Secretary Xiao Shuwei suggested that both sides further deepen the party building linkage and promote the unity and cooperation among lawyers of various nationalities. Chu Changzhi, Managing Partner and CEO, fondly recalled that since the beginning of 2024 when King&Capital Law Firm and Zhumangma Law Firm established mutual assistance relationship, the management of the two sides realised their first meeting in the cloud, formally signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement, and opened and shared the training courses with each other, and the seed of in-depth cooperation has been gradually rooted and sprouted.

Dawazaxi said that the law firm was founded in 2003, currently has more than 40 lawyers, rooted in the Tibetan legal services market, adhere to the central and western masses to provide quality legal services, has won the ‘Tibet autonomous region excellent law firm’ ‘national excellent law firm’ ‘excellent law firm’. It has won the honours of ‘Excellent Law Firm of Tibet Autonomous Region’, ‘National Excellent Law Firm’, ‘Advanced Party Organisation of Tibet Autonomous Region’ and so on. Director Dawa Zaxi mentioned that since the two sides carried out exchanges and cooperation, the law firm has organised many times for the lawyers to watch the online training lectures of King&Capital Law Firm collectively, and the lawyers all expressed that they had benefited a lot, and expected that the two sides could achieve more fruitful results in the future cooperation.

On behalf of King&Capital Law Firm, Director Zhu Yonghui presented the ‘Criminal Defence Lawyer Trilogy’ series of books edited by Mr. Tian Wenchang, i.e., the theory, practice and practical training of Criminal Defence Course. Managing partner, CEO Chu Changzhi on behalf of King&Capital Law Firm presented an exquisite tea set. Director Dawa Zahi also offered the white khat to Director Zhu Yonghui, lawyer Xiao Shuwei and Mr Chu Changzhi, and both parties earnestly expressed their high respect and good wishes for each other's friendship thousands of miles away.
