Recently, King&Capital partner Mr Jin Yi successfully represented an anti-monopoly case. The case, after more than a year of joint efforts between the lawyer and the client, finally achieved a satisfactory result for the client. The lawyer's representation was highly recognised by the client.

On 9 January 2025, the client appointed a representative to present a silk banner and a letter of thanks to King&Capital Law Firm, thanking Jin Yi and his team members, including Cao Meijuan, Zhou Meirong and Li Yongjia, for their meticulous communication with the client, active participation in the industry research, and transmission of the industry's voices to the relevant governmental departments, which realised the client's reasonable demands and safeguarded the fair competition of the relevant industry.

Mr Jin Yi is the partner-in-charge of the firm's Antitrust Department. King&Capital's antitrust team has provided antitrust and anti-unfair competition related legal services for a number of well-known domestic and foreign companies, and has gained high recognition and appreciation from clients by virtue of professional legal research, rich project experience and good governmental relations. Mr Jin Yi has been engaged in legal services related to antitrust since the Antimonopoly Law came into effect in 2008, and has nearly 20 years of experience in project work.
