On 18 January 2025, the Research Society of Legal Documentation of the China Law Society held its fourth general meeting and 2024 annual academic conference in Beijing, and successfully completed the change of its membership. Experts and scholars from all over the country carried out in-depth exchanges and discussions on the research innovation of legal instruments, basic research innovation, applied research innovation and practical research innovation.
For re-elected to the Chinese law society legal documents research council, Liang Yali lawyer said, legal documents is a visual presentation of legal work, is the key record of judicial proceedings. A rigorous logic, precise expression of the legal documents, can clearly define the rights and obligations of the parties, to ensure that the fairness of the legal ruling can be accurately conveyed. It is a powerful weapon for lawyers to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, but also an important basis for the judge to make a fair judgement. In complex cases, legal documents as a precision instrument, the facts and legal provisions closely linked to provide a solid guarantee for judicial justice.
Liang Yali lawyers believe that the study of legal instruments for the rule of law construction process plays an indispensable role in promoting.
