Deputy Director Zhang Yiwei pointed out that the introduction of the Private Economy Promotion Law is an important milestone in the history of the development of China's private economy, which provides a guarantee of the rule of law for the healthy development of the private economy. As a bridge between government and enterprises, the Chamber Development Service Center will focus on promoting law promotion, rights and interests protection and policy feedback, and looks forward to deepening cooperation with King&Capital Law Firm to provide private enterprises with full chain services of compliance diagnosis, risk prevention and control, and dispute resolution, so as to build up the foundation of the rule of law for high-quality development.


Mr. Tian Wenchang, combined with 40 years of practice experience, suggested that the rule of law is the most solid backing for private enterprises, and that the core of legal service lies in “preventing problems before they occur”. Taking a major criminal-civilian cross-case as an example, he emphasized the importance of preventing risks through the construction of a compliance system, as well as safeguarding the rights and interests of enterprises through professional defense when disputes arise. He called on the legal profession and the Chamber of Commerce to make concerted efforts to promote the compliance construction and healthy development of private enterprises, so that the Private Economy Promotion Law can truly become a “pill of confidence” for private enterprises.


At the meeting, Jiao Xin, Deputy Director of Legal Rights Service Department of All-China Chamber Development Service Center, Huang Chen, Head of Chamber Development Service Department, and Geng Qiusi, Legal Advisor of All-China Chamber Development Service Center, combined with departmental functions, had in-depth exchanges with King&Capital lawyers on the key points of implementation of the Law on the Promotion of Private Economy around the areas of fair competition, promotion of investment and financing, standardization of operation, and protection of rights and interests.
