Mr. Qin Qingfang has over 26 years of experience in the fields of real estate and construction, civil and commercial dispute resolution, and corporate and compliance, and is currently the Managing Partner of King&Capital Law Firm's Real Estate Department. His practice in real estate and construction engineering covers a wide range of areas, and he specializes in providing clients with a full range of legal support, including acquisition of state-owned land and utilization of collective land, bidding and tendering, general contracting and construction, property management, purchase, investment and leasing of commercial properties, due diligence on investment and financing of construction projects, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation and arbitration.
