On July 16, 2025, Mr. Yan Huainan, senior partner of Beijing King&Capital Law Firm, was invited by a central enterprise to conduct a special training on the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Punishment of Public Officials (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrative Punishment Law”).
