Recently, Liang Yali, senior partner at Beijing King&Capital Law Firm, was appointed as a “volunteer litigation service expert” at the Supreme People's Court Litigation Service Center. Previously, Xiao Shuwei and Chen Fei, senior partners at Beijing King&Capital Law Firm, were appointed as “volunteer litigation service lawyers” and “volunteer litigation service experts” at the Supreme People's Court Litigation Service Center. With their solid professional skills and deep commitment to public welfare, the three lawyers will inject the “King&Capital power” into judicial services for the convenience of the people with practical actions.

The Supreme People's Court Litigation Service Center Volunteer Lawyer Team is composed of lawyers from across the country who possess strong political integrity, outstanding professional capabilities, and a passion for public welfare. The team aims to extend judicial resources to grassroots levels and contribute to the development of a diversified dispute resolution mechanism through volunteer services such as legal consultations, conflict resolution, and legal education.

After assuming their roles, the three lawyers will regularly station themselves at the Supreme People's Court Litigation Service Center to provide “one-stop” legal services to visitors, offering legal consultations and addressing practical issues such as litigation procedures and evidence preparation. They will also assist in resolving disputes and guide parties to express their claims through reasonable channels.
