In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Twentieth CPC Central Committee, fully implement Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, practice people's democracy throughout the entire process, and enhance the ability of procuratorial hearing officers to perform their duties, a training course for hearing officers of procuratorial organs nationwide was held at the Gansu branch of the National Procuratorate Academy from October 27th to November 2nd. More than 180 representatives of procuratorial hearing officers and hearing staff from 31 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, including deputies to the National People's Congress and special procurators from the Supreme People's Procuratorate, were trained in the same classroom.

Huang Liyun, a lawyer from Beijing King&Capital Law Firm, participated in the training as a hearing officer of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, spoke as an invited guest at the reading salon event, and delivered a speech on behalf of the trainees at the closing ceremony.

This training combines politics and business, through the organization of “a hearing confirmation training, a reading salon, a thematic seminar, a case evaluation” and other activities, to carry out systematic theoretical learning and practical exercises, to enhance the hearing officer's ability to perform their duties.
