Recently, Beijing King&Capital Law Firm lawyers Cai Kangmiao and Guo Yeqin were invited by the third community of Huizhongli, Datun Street, to give a community law seminar on the theme of “Rule of law protects warm family - marital property arrangement and inheritance law practice”, which attracted a lot of residents in the community to actively participate in listening to the seminar.

On the basis of the research in advance on the marital and inheritance issues of common concern to the audience and the groups involved, Mr. Cai Kangmiao and Mr. Guo Yeqin gave lectures on the themes of “Family Asset Management and Inheritance” and “Analysis of the Core Issues of Marital Property”, analyzing the “Civil Law of the People's Republic of China” and “Marital Property Arrangements and Inheritance Law” in detail and through case studies. They analyzed the relevant legal provisions of the “Civil Code of the People's Republic of China” and “Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on the Application of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China on Marriage and Family (I)/(II)” with detailed contents and cases, from the arrangement of children's marital property, protection of pre-marital marital property, real estate and family assets to the protection of marital property, and the protection of marital property, It responded to the legal needs of the community from the perspectives of pre-marital and marital property protection, inheritance of real estate and other assets, guarding the key points of personal legal property, and division of divorced property, among other hot practices.

After the lecture, the two lawyers answered the legal questions about property inheritance and property division that the residents were concerned about, which was well received by the community and the audience.
