Released on:2025-12-03

On the afternoon of November 27, 2025, a seminar on “Legal Service Innovation and Cooperation in the Age of AI” focusing on the future development of the legal industry was successfully held in King&Capital Law Firm. The seminar was led by the Antitrust Department, co-organized with the Real Estate Department and the Civil and Commercial Department, and specially invited two experts from LawBusinessNews to have an in-depth exchange and clash of ideas on the application of artificial intelligence in legal practice. Mr. Chang Sha from the Real Estate Department and Mr. Gao Kun from the Civil and Commercial Department participated in the seminar.

At the beginning of the seminar, Mr. Jin Yi shared his views on the topic of “New Opportunities for Content Producers in the Age of AI”. He pointed out that under the empowerment of AI, the creativity of human authors who have the ability to produce creative content will be greatly enhanced; and combined with the characteristics of the legal industry, he further pointed out that for lawyers, AI is not a substitute, but a powerful “ability enhancement” tool.

Specifically, AI can greatly save lawyers' energy in legal search, contract review, etc., so that lawyers can devote more precious time to more strategic case analysis, court debates and in-depth communication with clients. He further emphasized that lawyers who are good at using AI to generate the first draft of legal documents and accurately refine the key points of a case will form a significant advantage in terms of efficiency and professionalism, which is an important opportunity for legal practitioners in the new era.

At the same time, Mr. Jin Yi reminded that when using AI to conduct legal searches, it is important to cross-check and scrutinize the results of the searches, and to be alert to and guard against possible “illusions” or factual errors that may be generated by AI, so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the professional services.

In the second session of the seminar, as an authority in the field of legal information services, the experts from LawBusiness Connections brought and demonstrated its newly launched AI practice tool. The experts introduced that the tool is able to provide powerful intelligent assistance in core aspects such as legal search, document review, case study and judgment, aiming to help lawyers improve their work efficiency and focus their energy on more complex legal analysis and client service. After the demonstration session, the attending lawyers and experts from LawBusinessLINK also discussed the product landing and the possibility of future cooperation, laying a solid foundation for subsequent deepening of cooperation.

In the last part of the seminar, Ms. Changsha introduced new typical cases such as “AI forged judgment case” and “AI face-swapping case”, which have recently triggered heated debate in the industry, and triggered active discussion among the participants. These cases revealed the legal risks and ethical issues that may be brought about by the misuse of AI technology, sounded the alarm for lawyers when dealing with related intellectual property cases, and suggested new business directions.

The seminar was full of content and the atmosphere of on-site discussion was warm. In the face of the AI wave that has arrived, King&Capital Law Firm will continue to pay attention to the dynamics of the integration of science and technology and law, actively learn and make good use of the new technology, and strive to provide our clients with more forward-looking and efficient professional legal services in the midst of the change.
