On December 26, 2025, the First Seminar on Food Safety Regulations and Standardization Talent Cultivation in 2025 was grandly held at Fucheng Road Campus of Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU). Hosted by Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU), the conference brought together government departments, industry associations, university scholars, enterprise representatives and legal practice experts to discuss food safety regulations and standardization personnel training.

Director Tang Jianbin, Deputy Director Zhang Yongfu and Deputy Director Wang Zhiqiang of Ky&Capital Law Firm were invited to attend the meeting. Book Giving Ceremony: Transferring Knowledge, Connecting Practices

In the book-giving ceremony in the second stage of the meeting, Mr. Tang Jianbin, Director of Ky&Capital Law Firm, on behalf of King&Capital Law Firm, presented 50 copies of the newly published “Handbook of Handling Food and Drug Cases” to the School of Law of Beijing University of Technology and Business (BUTB). The ceremony was presided over by Dean Chen Dun of the Law School, and Mr. Tang Jianbin delivered a message on the spot.

Mr. Tang Jianbin said that food safety is a major issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood, and a sound regulatory system, precise application of standards and a professional team of talents are the three cornerstones for building a solid bottom line for food safety. Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU), with its outstanding achievements in the intersection of food science and law, has become an important think tank and cradle of talents in the industry. King&Capital Law Firm's newly published “Handbook for Food and Drug Cases”, which gathers the wisdom and experience of the Center in food and drug law practice, focuses on criminal risks and compliance issues in the food and drug field, and analyzes them from the perspective of “whole chain, multi-dimension and deep penetration”, and integrates real cases and cutting-edge solutions, which can be used as a guide for law enforcement and judicial personnel. Roundtable Discussion: Building Talent Cultivation System

In the third phase of the expert seminar, Mr. Wang Zhiqiang, Deputy Director of King&Capital Law Firm, discussed the topic of “Optimization of the core competence composition and training system of food regulation and standardization talents” with the guests.

Combined with the practice resources of King&Capital Law Firm, Mr. Wang Zhiqiang proposed that the King&Capital Law Firm provides “eight” supports for the cultivation of “legal + food + professional” talents of BeiJing Industry and Commerce:

Sixth, there are resources - the center has an influential pool of legal experts and food and drug industry experts;

Seven have a platform - King&Capital Law Firm and China University of Political Science and Law and other universities have mature experience in cooperation with the moot court;

Eight have sincerity - the center team under the leadership of Director Tang Jianbin, enthusiasm, experience, and willing to fully support the North industrial and commercial “law and industry integration” talent training.

Continuous Empowerment: Co-construction of the “Law and Industry Integration” Nurturing Platform

King&Capital Law Firm and Ky&Capital Law Firm have long maintained close cooperation with the School of Law of Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU) and the Food Safety Law Research Center.
