On December 18, 2025, PetroChina North China Oilfield Company held the 2025 “Law Lecture Hall” activity. Mr. Jin Yi, Managing Partner of the Antitrust Department of King&Capital Law Firm, was invited to give a lecture entitled “Interpretation of the Revision of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law”.
The training was organized in the form of offline + online combination, and more than 140 people attended the training, including the general counsel (chief compliance officer) of North China Oilfield, relevant persons in charge of each department of the organs and secondary units, and business backbones.
During the lecture, Mr. Jin Yi started from the legislative background of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, systematically sorted out the key development of the three revisions of the Law since 2017, and focused on the core content and practical points of the 2025 revision of the Law to carry out in-depth interpretation.
