Subsequently, Secretary Xiao clearly put forward a number of preventive measures, requiring all lawyers to strengthen the study of practice standards, strictly regulate the promotion of business, conflict of interest review, entrusted to the signing of the contract, unified fee management and other practice behavior, adhere to the diligence and prudence of compliance with the practice of law, and to do a good job of the case registration, file organization, work and other basic work.
