Attorney Tang Jianbin was appointed by the Legal Aid Center of the Ministry of Justice to serve as the legal aid attorney for Zheng Mouli during the death penalty review stage. Drawing on his deep legal expertise and extensive practical experience, he conducted an in-depth and meticulous analysis and study of the case, fully identifying favorable factors. He not only focused on the citation and interpretation of legal provisions but also actively communicated with the client to understand the true circumstances of the case and identify favorable angles, thereby providing strong legal support. These efforts ultimately led to a fair ruling by the Supreme People’s Court, achieving the favorable outcome of the death penalty not being approved and the sentence being directly commuted.
Attorney Gao Yuman from Attorney Tang Jianbin’s team also provided significant assistance and support in handling this case.
