On April 25–26, 2026, the 2026 Ji’an City Continuing Education Training for Practicing Lawyers and the 11th Luling Lawyers’ Lecture Series, jointly organized by the Ji’an City Bureau of Justice, the Law Society, and the Lawyers’ Association of Jiangxi Province, were successfully held. Attorney Liang Yali, Senior Partner at the King&Capital Law Firm and Director of the King&Capital Criminal Defense Research Center, was invited as the keynote speaker. In the session on courtroom questioning, Attorney Liang Yali focused on the functional role and core objectives of questioning during trials. Drawing on real-life cases, she meticulously explained key principles such as the relevance rule and the prohibition against leading questions.
