On June 22, 2026, the CPC Chaoyang District Committee of Beijing held a commendation ceremony for Chaoyang District’s “Two Excellences and One Advanced” awards. Attorney Xiao Shuwei was awarded the title of “Outstanding Communist Party Member” by the CPC Chaoyang District Committee of Beijing. On June 29, 2026, at the Chaoyang District Lawyers’ Industry Party Building Work Conference, Comrade Xiao Shuwei delivered a speech as a representative of outstanding Communist Party members.
Over the 42 years since joining the Party, Comrade Xiao Shuwei has consistently held himself to the standards of a Party member, exemplifying the role of a model Party member.
