Zhao Qilong is a Senior Partner at Beijing King&Capital Law Firm and the Managing Partner of the Civil and Commercial Litigation Department. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law from China University of Political Science and Law, serves as a member of the Contract Law Committee of the Beijing Bar Association, and heads the King&Capital Civil and Commercial Law Research Center and the King&Capital Bankruptcy Research Center. Gong Piguo is a Senior Partner at Beijing King&Capital Law Firm, Deputy Director of the Disciplinary Committee and a member of the Corporate Law Professional Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association, and Deputy Director of the Regulations Committee of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Association in Beijing.

Attorney Gong Piguo has been practicing law since 1995. Over the course of his 30-year career, he has handled more than 600 criminal, civil, and commercial cases. His areas of expertise include corporate dispute resolution and criminal defense, with particular specialization in representing clients in corporate and commercial disputes and researching crimes committed by corporate executives. Ma Zhao is a partner at Beijing King&Capital Law Firm and a graduate of China University of Political Science and Law.
