On November 23, 2011, in order to support the training of new students of the National Judges College, our law firm and the college cooperated in holding a simulated court.

 

The case involved was one of murder. Zhi Yanjun and Gao Xuan of our law firm acted for the defense, and students of the college acted as judges, public prosecutor, defendant and witnesses. The simulated court followed formal trial procedure strictly and the atmosphere was very warm.

 

After the trial, Wang Jiuchuan and Liang Yali of our law firm made comments for the students, pointing out successful practice and deficiencies. Qi Qin of the supreme court and Zhang Yufeng of the Hebei supreme court also made comments.
