In July 2012, King and Capital and China Everbright Bank signed a legal counsel agreement. Partner Qu Lihong and associate lawyer Jia Baojun have formed a team of legal experts to take charge of this project.

Qu Lihong has been leading King and Capital’s team providing a wide range of legal services to Everbright Bank since 2005. In 2012, China Everbright Bank separated its legal affairs into several areas for public bidding. Qu Lihong, and his team actively competed with nearly 40 other law firms from all over China, and were finally appointed legal advisers in the field of labor. They will provide legal services to China Everbright Bank on issues related to labor management.
